Athletic Background
Andrea competed in soccer at the Ontario provincial (rep) level. In 2021, she completed the Women’s Subaru Triathlon — taking on a new athletic challenge the same year she started coaching.
Coaching Philosophy
“My job as a coach is to help people find strength and ability in themselves they didn’t know was there.”
That belief runs through everything Andrea does — in the gym and beyond. Her background in Disability Management shapes how she thinks about adapting movement and meeting people where they are, not where they think they should be.
Background & Perspective
Andrea trains because she wants to model something real for her daughter: that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s foundational.
“I want to show her that self care is one of the most important things to living a balanced and healthy life.”
What sport has taught her that nothing else could? “Our bodies are capable of really amazing things.”
