Athletic Background
Stacy competed in soccer, basketball, and softball at the youth level, and has continued playing recreational soccer as an adult. She’s also competed in local CrossFit competitions, earning medals in both individual and team events.

Coaching Philosophy
“My job as a coach is to provide a meaningful, positive fitness experience tailored for every athlete that comes through the door. That might be skills progression for one person, or motivation to move the body for another.”

Stacy doesn’t believe you need to earn your place in the gym before showing up. The idea that you need a baseline of fitness before walking through the door is one of the most common — and most limiting — misconceptions she sees.

Her sharpest coaching skill? Seeing the details. “Catching all the nuances of an athlete’s movement in order to give the most impactful feedback and cues” is something she takes seriously, even if it’s rarely talked about.

Background & Perspective
Stacy’s background in sociology, psychology, and HR isn’t incidental — it shapes how she reads people and meets them where they are. Her most formative mentor wasn’t a coach; it was an 8th grade teacher who saw her as an individual and adjusted his support accordingly. That’s the model she brings to the gym floor.

She trains for two reasons: her mental health, and keeping up with her active son.

What sport taught her that nothing else could: “Do it scared, do it tired, do it excited — we can do hard things.”
